Lots of people tend to sell inferior and similar goods by recycling the same old pictures.
Now here are the questions for you:
1. Do you mean that all the dolls you sell are authentic products manufactured by the factory which provided those photos?
2. Is it correct to understand that for all the items including the dolls' figure, body, makeup, costume, and wig, I can expect to receive the same exact items (100% authentic) used in the photo shoot?
3. Is it possible to ask for a full refund including the handling fee in case of wrong or malfunctioned items?
4. Please explain to me in details about how the discount rate is applied: per how many orders does the discount rate goes up by what percentage?
