Sorry for my late reply. Regarding items of each area you are looking for, I checked market price in Japan this week. I'd like to manage getting them at reasonable price in Japan, keep them and sell them to you at special price.
How about $60 + $13 shipping cost for each of Sendai and Kyoto?
It hardly includes handling fee, and I lost money for price below this. Timing of purchase is up to you. Also, I have no intention to force you for buying, so if they are not what you want, you can decline.

About Sendai's and Kyoto's ones, how about 60USD plus 13USD of shipping fee for each?
I will receive little charge by this price and if below this price, I would lose money.
