口座に入金する前にバンクチェックを発行してくれる銀行は存在しません。
Receiverにこうしたリクエストをすることは金融を知らない人と思われてとても恥ずかしい。
MOAにもそのような記載が見当たりません。
Receiverを信用して約束通り実行してください。

No bank issues a bank check before inputting money into account.
I feel shameful that people will consider me as a person who does not know finance
if this kind of request is made to receiver.
This kind of information is not listed at MOA, either.

There is no bank which issues bank check before putting money on the account.
Making such request to the receiver is a shame and they will consider you ignorant of finance.
