数年前に読んだ本に書かれていた言葉で共感したことを覚えています。
それは自分にも当てはまり、また他人にも当てはまることがたくさんありました。
もちろん正しいと思うことを貫くことも大事ですが、常に他者との関わりがある社会生活や仕事上においては正しいと思うことが必ずしもうまくいくことではない。
現場で仕事をしている頃は度々このことに直面する場面がありましたが、みなさんはどのように思われるかなと思い、今日はお話させて頂きました。

I remember that I had empathy to the words which are written in the book I have read a few years ago.
Also, the words come under me as well, and there were many which applies others.
Of course it's important to stick what is you think right, but it doesn't always go well in the society or works which have always relationship to others.
