「正しいかどうかではなく、うまくいっているかどうか」である。
数年前に読んだ本に書かれていた言葉で共感したことを覚えています。
それは自分にも当てはまり、また他人にも当てはまることがたくさんありました。
もちろん正しいと思うことを貫くことも大事ですが、常に他者との関わりがある社会生活や仕事上においては正しいと思うことが必ずしもうまくいくことではない。
現場で仕事をしている頃は度々このことに直面する場面がありましたが、みなさんはどのように思われるかなと思い、今日はお話させて頂きました。

It is a phrase that was written in the book I read several years ago, and I agreed to it.
It applies to me, and many apply to others.
It is important to continue to carry out what we believe to be right.

I experienced above phenomenon sometimes when I was working on the spot.
