I could not remove color of the navel by using olive oil.
The nipple and navel of this doll are also painted with pink.
Would you paint a color that is similar to beige, which is as similar as the one in the picture?
You do not need to paint the navel.
Regarding the damage on the breast and loose joint, I will suggest the customer under
the condition of refunding. How much does the factory suggest to refund?
As for refunding in full, sales fee per 1 piece is 70 dollars in Japan.
As 3 pieces have already been sold, we lose 210 dollars even if you refund.
Would you send the remaining 2 pieces with perfect body, eye, makeup and color?
