送金手続きに行った時間が遅かったので、個人名での振込になっています。
送金明細を添付していますが、文字が薄くて見えづらいと思いますので、明日もう一度会社でスキャンしなおして送ります。
契約書はサインしたものを添付していますので、確認してください。

I sent money today.
It was late hour when I went to process payment, so the payment was made under my personal name.
Attached is statement of transferred money, but I guess text is thin and you can hardly read it, so I will scan it again tomorrow at the company.

I transferred the money today.
As the procedure took some time, I made a deposit from my personal account.
Attached is the transfer statement, but I think it is too light to read, so I will re-scan it at the company tomorrow and send it again.

I transferred money today.
Since it was late to go for the remittance procedure, it's proceeded as personal payment.
I attached a remittance specification, however, I will provide you again tomorrow which is scanned well at my office because it's hard to read it due to the light print.
