以前、その話を聞いたときに、情報管理室に改善を依頼しました。
先ほど確認したところ、情報管理室の＊＊さんが改善にあたっているとのことです。
早急に対応すると言ってくれているのですが・・・。
セールスオフィスのスタッフのPCなら見られるらしいので、とりあえずはそちらで見てもらえますか。

When I heard about it before, I requested an improvement to information control room.
I checked it a few minutes ago and found that xx in the room is improving it.
He or she said that he or she was going to work on it immediately.
As you can see it at personal computer of the staff in sales office, would you use it?

When I heard that story before, I asked the information analysis office to improve the problem.
I have just checked and found that ** in the information analysis office was taking care of it.
He/She says he/she will respond ASAP....
Using the PCs of the staff in the sales office, we can see the site, will you see using them?

I was told that they will urgently respond, but...
I heard that you can check on sale office staff's PC, so for now will you take a look at that?
