私は8/7に下記注文をしました。
ただ、8/14までに届かない場合、キャンセルしたいとの旨をお伝えしたと思います。
結局、そのまま商品が届かなかったので、キャンセルされたものだと思っていました。
しかし、先日購入時に使用したクレジットカードの引き落とし明細を確認すると、
キャンセルしたはずの商品代金が引き落とされていました。
すぐに返金をしていただけますか？
商品も受け取っていませんし、代金だけ引き落とされるのはおかしいと思おいます。
早急な対応をお願い致します。
