私は8/7に下記注文をしました。

ただ、8/14までに届かない場合、キャンセルしたいとの旨をお伝えしたと思います。


結局、そのまま商品が届かなかったので、キャンセルされたものだと思っていました。

しかし、先日購入時に使用したクレジットカードの引き落とし明細を確認すると、
キャンセルしたはずの商品代金が引き落とされていました。


すぐに返金をしていただけますか？


商品も受け取っていませんし、代金だけ引き落とされるのはおかしいと思おいます。


早急な対応をお願い致します。

I made the following order on August 7th.
I believe that I have informed you of my intention to cancel the order in case the product would not reach me by August 14th.

It didn't in the end, and I naturally thought it was cancelled.

However, I checked the statement of my credit card I specified for the payment to find that the commodity fee for the cancelled product was deducted.

Could you make a refund immediately?

I have not received the product and it is not acceptable to be charged for it.
