表面の生地に細かい汚れがあるという理由で、お客さんが返品してきました。
汚れの部分の写真を添付します。
御社への返送料は私達で持ちますので、新しい商品と交換してもらえませんか？
また、新しい商品を出荷する際に、このような汚れがないかチェックして頂けますか？
9月25日にオーダーした刺繍入り商品の6点のインボイスをまだ受け取っていません。
刺繍の文字数に問題があり、確認待ちになっている商品以外を先に送ってくれと頼んだはずですがどうなってますか？

Regarding the down quilt that we ordered on September 4th, a customer returned it to us
since there was a fine spot on the front.
We attach the picture of the spot.
As we will pay for the shipping charge for returning it, would you exchange it with the new one?
When you send the new one, may we ask you to check if there is this kind of spot on it?
We have not received an invoice for 6 item where embroidery is attached that we had ordered on September 25th.
There was a problem at the number of characters of the embroidery.
We asked you to send the items other than the one that is being checked in advance.

A customer returned the futon because there are fine smudges on the surface of the fabric.
I have attached a picture of the smudge area.
Will you replace it with a new one as we will pay for a shipping fee?
Also, will you inspect a new one before shipping it?
