Please check the condition upon receipt, and if there are not issues please send back the "RetroScan Universal."
The set I would like to exchange is the "RetroScan Universal" itself, as well as the "Super8 Gate."
Previously you had mentioned you could pay up to $1500, but please provide a more specific price/number.

英語では「拝啓」みたいに名前を出さない場合は "To whomever this may concern"と書きます。送ってる「相手/関係者に向けて」と言う意味になります。 逆に相手の名前を使用する際、”Dear ◯◯," と書きます。同じように "Sincerely" の後に自分の名前を書くべきです。
