As stated in the webpage, this product is made in China but its production control and inspection are conducted in Japan.
The same products are sold in Japan.

This item is made in China as indicated in the item description page but its production control and inspections are done in Japan and the product is sold in Japan.
However if you would still like to proceed with return, we will accept it but the shipping charges for the return must be paid by customer. Please refer to the following policies:
- If the item is not opened, we will refund the price of the product by 100 percent
- If it is opened, we will refund the price of the product by 75 percent
- If it is used, return is not acceptable
