現在、弊社の倉庫にスペースがないので、購入した商品は、こちらが指定した時に指定した分量で、3回に分けてこちらに発送してもらいたいです。恐らく、1回目が支払い直後で、２回目が約１ヶ月後、３回目が約２ヶ月後になると思います。商品が売れれば、発送の時期は早くなったり、追加で注文をするかもしれません。
よろしければ、請求書の契約条件に上記内容を記して下さい。

Currently our warehouse does not have enough space, so I want you to ship our order at the time and quantity we specify in three separate shipments. Probably, the first shipment would be right after the first payment, the second shipment would be one month after the first shipment and the third would be about two months after the first shipment. If the products are sold, the interval of shipment may be shorter or we would order more.
If this is acceptable, please add this condition to the invoice.

Thank you for issuing the bill. About the price, it's ok. However, is it ok for me to suggest a deal? One thing is that we do not have a space in our storage to store the product. So, is it okay for me to ask you to divide the product into three time shipments to us?
