請求書の発行、ありがとうございます。
金額については、OKです。
ただ、1つ条件を付けたいのですが、可能ですか？
現在、弊社の倉庫にスペースがないので、購入した商品は、こちらが指定した時に指定した分量で、3回に分けてこちらに発送してもらいたいです。恐らく、1回目が支払い直後で、２回目が約１ヶ月後、３回目が約２ヶ月後になると思います。商品が売れれば、発送の時期は早くなったり、追加で注文をするかもしれません。
よろしければ、請求書の契約条件に上記内容を記して下さい。

The amount is fine.
We would like to add 1 condition. May we do so?
As we do not have a space in our warehouse,
we would like you to send the items 3 times by designated volume
when we designate. The first time will be immediately after the payment, second time will be about 1 month later and 3rd time will be about 2 months later. If the items sell well, the delivery time might be earlier or we might order additionally.
If you agree to it, would you fill out the above details in condition of contract of the invoice?
