金額については、OKです。
ただ、1つ条件を付けたいのですが、可能ですか？
現在、弊社の倉庫にスペースがないので、購入した商品は、こちらが指定した時に指定した分量で、3回に分けてこちらに発送してもらいたいです。恐らく、1回目が支払い直後で、２回目が約１ヶ月後、３回目が約２ヶ月後になると思います。商品が売れれば、発送の時期は早くなったり、追加で注文をするかもしれません。
よろしければ、請求書の契約条件に上記内容を記して下さい。

Thank you for issuing the bill. About the price, it's ok. However, is it ok for me to suggest a deal? One thing is that we do not have a space in our storage to store the product. So, is it okay for me to ask you to divide the product into three time shipments to us? I suggest that the first one will be placed right after payment, second one will be about a month later, and the third one will be about a couple of month later would be great. If we can sell well, then the shipment will possibly be earlier, and even we may need to order in more.
If this sounds well, please fill up the contract of the bill with the information above.
