いつも大変お世話になっております。。先日開設していただいた口座、この法人口座についての所有権が記載された証明書を貴社で発行していただくことは可能でしょうか?今回、Amazon.ukにていくつかの書類のアップロードが必須となったのでお願いしています。法人口座開設後に添付の書類を送信していただいたと思いますが、Amazonに、その書類では不備だと言われました。もし発行が可能でしたら、法人名○○、社長○○、取締役○○、○○3名全ての名前の記載もできますでしょうか?

We are always thankful to you for your support.Account that you had opened the other day ,is it possible for you to issue ownership certificate of this corporate account in your company? This time,it is essential to upload of documents at Amazon.uk. I think I had send you the attachments of documents after the opening of corporate Account , but Amazon is saying that the documents are insufficient.
