I thought I ordered only one item, but the internet connection was bad when I ordered, and now I noticed that I am supposed to have ordered 3 items.

I meant to purchase 1 product. However, due to the internet connectivity error, I clicked thrice on the purchase button and 3 products have been shown as "purchased".
Is it possible for you to amend the quantity of product purchased to one (1) from three?
