If you project the ordered goods may not be contained in a 40FT container, please let me know as soon as possible because I would reduce the number of goods I ordered. Conversely, if there would be empty spaces more than two pallets even after all the goods are loaded, then please contact me as I would like to order additional goods.

If you judge that the product which I ordered cannot be held in the 40FT container, please contact me as soon as possible so that I will be able to reduce my order volume. Also, please contact me if you load all the products onto with still more than 2 palettes room left reversely, in which case I would consider an additional order.

If you decide that it is impossible to load the items ordered into 40 FT container by the estimate you make in advance, we will reduce volume of the order. Please let us know as soon as possible.
In the meanwhile, if there will be a space available for more than 2 pallets after loading all the items, please let us know. We will consider additional order.
