I will be able to send the food from Japan the day after tomorrow.
It'll be July 18th Japan time, around July 17 your time.
It is likely to be delivered by July 31st, but it may not make it till July 25th. Arrival on July 31 will not work for you?
If not, I will refund 67USD.

It might arrive there by July 31st, but might not be able to make it by July 25th.

Japan time is on 18th July, time there is on 17th July
It is likely to reach until 31st July, but there is a possibility that it is not arrive on 25th July. Is it bad if it arrive on 31st July.
