7/31までには届きそうですが、7/25だと間に合わない可能性があります。7/31到着ではダメでしょうか？

It seems to be possible to ship the food from Japan the day after tomorrow.
July 18th in Japan time, so it will be July 17th there.
It might arrive there by July 31st, but might not be able to make it by July 25th.
Will it be ok if the food arrives on July 31st?
If you can't accept it, I will refund you 67USD.
