購入したTシャツ40着に問題があったため、セラーに返品を依頼し、セラーはRMAを受諾した。私は5/20にEMSで荷物を発送し、eBayにキャリアと追跡番号を登録し、荷物はの税関に5/23に到着した。
しかし税関に荷物が留まったままなので、EMSに問合わせると「受取人が関税の支払いを拒んでいるのではないか？」と返事だった。
彼からの返事は「我が国の税関が情報をくれない」というものだったが、ついに５月２７日に保管期限が過ぎ、私に荷物が返送された！ この嘘つきを何とかして欲しい。

However, the package has been kept at the customs. I asked EMS and was told that "Recipient might refuse to pay the tariff, which could cause the problem".
And on the other hand, his reply was that "Customs did not give me any information.". Finally the package was been returned to me because the storage limitation lasted until 27th May! Please do something with this liar.

There were problems with 40 T-shirts I bought, so I requested the seller for return and the seller accepted RMA. I sent the parcel by EMS on May 20th, registered tracking number and carrier on eBay and the parcel arrived at the customs on May 23rd.
However, the parcel is held at the customs so I asked EMS and they replied that "Recipient may be rejecting payment of tariff?".
His reply was that "the customs of his country does not release information", but finally storage period ended on May 27th and the parcel was returned to me! Please do something about this liar.
