購入したTシャツ40着に問題があったため、セラーに返品を依頼し、セラーはRMAを受諾した。私は5/20にEMSで荷物を発送し、eBayにキャリアと追跡番号を登録し、荷物はの税関に5/23に到着した。
しかし税関に荷物が留まったままなので、EMSに問合わせると「受取人が関税の支払いを拒んでいるのではないか?」と返事だった。
彼からの返事は「我が国の税関が情報をくれない」というものだったが、ついに5月27日に保管期限が過ぎ、私に荷物が返送された! この嘘つきを何とかして欲しい。
Because there was a problem with the 40 pieces of T-shirt I purchased, I requested return to the seller and cellar was accepted RMA. I shipped the products by EMS on 20th May, and registered the carrier and tracking number on eBay. The package arrived at the customs on 23th May.
However, the package has been kept at the customs. I asked EMS and was told that "Recipient might refuse to pay the tariff, which could cause the problem".
And on the other hand, his reply was that "Customs did not give me any information.". Finally the package was been returned to me because the storage limitation lasted until 27th May! Please do something with this liar.
