購入したTシャツ40着に問題があったため、セラーに返品を依頼し、セラーはRMAを受諾した。私は5/20にEMSで荷物を発送し、eBayにキャリアと追跡番号を登録し、荷物はの税関に5/23に到着した。

しかし税関に荷物が留まったままなので、EMSに問合わせると「受取人が関税の支払いを拒んでいるのではないか？」と返事だった。

彼からの返事は「我が国の税関が情報をくれない」というものだったが、ついに５月２７日に保管期限が過ぎ、私に荷物が返送された！　この嘘つきを何とかして欲しい。

There was a problem with the 40 T shirts I bought so I requested a return and the seller accepted RMA. I shipped the package by EMS on May 20, registered the carrier and tracking number with ebay and the package arrived at the customs on May 23.
