アマゾンFBAのシステムにおいて、これらの商品は、「リザーブ」という状態になっています。
これらの商品が「リザーブ」という状態になってから長期間になっているため、
当方で調べたところ、お客様からの「ペンディング」という状態ではないことが
わかりました。
お客様の「ペンディング」という状態以外でなぜ「リザーブ」という状態になっているのか
その理由についてお知らせいただければ幸いです。

At FBA at Amazon, these items are under the status of "reserve".
As they have been under this status for a long time, we checked it and found that it is not "pending"

Would you look into the following products?

These products are labeled "reserved" in Amazon's FBA system.
Because quite some time has passed since they were first labeled "reserved", we looked into the issue and found it wasn't due to a "pending" situation on the customer's end.
If you could let us know why a product would be "reserved" for any reason other than it being "pending" on the customer's end, we would greatly appreciate it.
