商品の到着が遅れているとのことで大変申し訳ございません。
トラッキングから確認したところ、6/21にすでにシカゴの関税事務所に到着し
通関手続き中となっております。
確認したところ、送り状の記載住所は間違ってはいませんでした。
こちらから問い合わせることも可能なのですが、アメリカ国外からの調査だと
数日かかってしまいます。
