商品の到着が遅れているとのことで大変申し訳ございません。
トラッキングから確認したところ、6/21にすでにシカゴの関税事務所に到着し
通関手続き中となっております。
確認したところ、送り状の記載住所は間違ってはいませんでした。
こちらから問い合わせることも可能なのですが、アメリカ国外からの調査だと
数日かかってしまいます。
お手数で恐縮ですが、最寄の郵便局より、下記のEMSトラッキング番号を伝えて
いただき、お問い合わせいただけないでしょうか？

First of all, we apologize for delay in delivering your ordered item.
We tracked the item's current delivery status. As long as we saw the trucking result, the item arrived at the US customs in Chicago on June. 21, and it is currently in import custom clearance procedure.
Just in case, we also double-checked its mailing address, which was correct.

Since we are overseas, it takes several days to search the current status of the shipment. Therefore we would appreciate if you could contact your nearest post office with the following EMS tracking number, and ask them when you can most possibly receive the item.
