また、先日から連絡を取ってもらっている件ですが、販売者に送料込みの代金を払い、配送も手配していただきました。
配送されないのは販売者側の責任かと思うので、販売者に再度連絡を取っていただけませんか？
返金か、代替えでも構いません。

Also, regarding the case you are in contact with since the other day, I already paid the seller the amount including shipping cost and delivery arrangement. I think the seller is responsible if it's not delivered, so will you contact the seller again?
