This 5th Okazaki Time and Light is to be held with its picture theme of "Modern Rimpa School (of painting)" in commemoration of 400th anniversary of Rimpa School. The works to be irradiated are planned to be from those submitted through the picture production workshop for the students and the creators of Kyoto and those of general application. 昨年に引き続き，京都随一の祝祭空間である岡崎を舞台に，「京都国際マンガ・アニメフェア（京まふ）」，「京都岡崎レッドカーペット」，「岡崎ときあかり」を「京都岡崎ハレ舞台」と総称して同日に開催します。
9月19日（土曜日）・20日（日曜日）の2日間，岡崎エリア一帯で昼夜にわたり賑わいを創出します。ぜひ会場に足をお運びください。
岡崎公園は，再整備により神宮道（冷泉通～二条通）を歩行者専用の空間とし，見晴らし良く快適に過ごせる賑わいと憩いのエリアに生まれ変わります。
