あと、税金がかかると思いますので、インボイスの金額は0にした方が良いですか？
サンプルと表記していたほうが良いですか？

Please confirm checking attached file.
If it seems to be OK, I will have it issued formally.
Furthermore, this may be taxed, so would you like me to list 0 as value on the invoice?
Or would it be better to list them as samples?

Can we proceed the Health Certificate in this format?

If it is okay, we will have the official copy issued.
