ハードケースは元々ロックはしておらず、鍵も付いておりません。
ハードケースの鍵穴のあるボタンを両サイド外側にスライドしていただければ解除され、開けられると思います。
もし試されて何か問題がございましたらまたお問い合わせください。
ギターも気に入っていただけたら幸いです！

The hard case has not been locked and no key is set at it.
If you slide the button at the key hole of the hard case at both outsides, it is removed and you can open it.
If you find any problem after trying it, please let us know.

The hard case is not locked, so it does not come with a key.
You should be able to open it by sliding the buttons located on the keyhole of the hard case outwards.
If that does not work, then please contact us again.
