However, firstly I didn't understand this meaning.

I just came up with a thought and checked UK, DE, FR, and all INVENTORY again.
するとamazon.frに、指摘を受けている商品の出品がまだ残っていました。驚きました。
というのは、これは最初に指摘を受けた時に、この商品に限らず、カメラに関連すると思われる商品を全てamazonのdelete機能を使用して削除した筈だったからです。
しかしその削除作業が連続したため、一部機能しなかったのではないかと思います。反映されるのにある程度の時間がかかりますので。
引き続き苦情を受けている、というのはこれのことではありませんか?
I mean, when we initially got pointed out, not only this item, we must have deleted all items related in camera, utilizing Delete function of Amazon.
However the task of deleting was contentious, so a part of them may not have worked. Because it takes a while they are reflected.
You say "You are claimed contentiously", means this?
This is because when I was pointed out, I thought I deleted all items which could be related to cameras using amazon delete function.
However, since deletion work had continued I think it didn't wok in some parts. It takes a while till action is reflected.
Isn't this what you say you still receive complaints about?
ただ現在サスペンドを受けておりますので、当社の出品はamazonでの表示に反映されていない筈なので、そこは少し疑問でもありますが。
前回のメールでも書いておりますが、カメラに関連する商品を出品することは当社において大変リスクがあるという認識を持ってしまいましたので、この残っていた商品に関しては全く悪意はないことは主張させていただきます。
この他に何か原因がある、やるべきことがある、ということであれば具体的なご指摘、アドバイスをいただきたいと思います。
As I wrote in the last email, since we were aware that exhibiting items related to camera has great risk at our company. So regarding items left at that timing, we just claim that we had no evil intentions.
