整列並べのスペースが少なく、ワーク同士を重ねて置く様なやり方であった為、未加工に気づかず流出した。
納入先にてホース曲げ部が完全に曲げられていないものが発見された。
１点締めコネクタが逆向きに組付いているという不具合が発生した。
