FedExによるとこちらの責任はない。とのことだったので、そちらでどのように対応していただけるのかの確認でした。

Regarding the macadamia, the oil leaked for the last shipment and it only contained less than the half of the bottle.
According to FedEx, they had no responsibility for that. So, I would like to know what you could do with it.

I would like to check with XX as the amount in the invoice sent is different from XX.
