ろう付後の形状修正を治具で行っていたが、手直し要領がなかったため、治具が正しく（クランプせず）使われずに接続部が変形した。
通常なら毎日手直しするところ、減産により１週間程度溜めてから修正したことで、時効硬化で硬くなり、過大な修正時の力で変形。
時効硬化…アルミ合金で焼入れ等の熱処理後、放置すると 時間の経過と共に硬化する現象.
車両に組付け様とした所、コンプレッサにコネクタが接続出来ない不具合が発生。

Sharing of support work should not be left to the workers but the supervisor should direct clearly.
The the shape correction after the brazing was done with a jig. However, there was no work procedure. Therefore the jig was not used properly (it did not clamp), and the joint area got deformed.
Normally the correction is done every day. However, it was done one week later by storing samples due to production cut. So the samples got hardened over time, and got deformed by excessive force at the correction.
Age hardening: The phenomenon of aluminum alloy; If it is left for a while after the heat treatment such as quenching, it will be hardened over time.
Failure occurred as follows: When a worker tried to assemble the component to a vehicle, he could not bond the connector to the compressor.
