作り手（製造）側からの立場だけで、外観を判断していませんか？
外観については、限度見本や定量値での管理でないと不良になります
コネクタの嵌合部にろう材が垂れ、相手部品組付け出来ない不具合が発生。
相手嵌合チェックはしていたが、いつも不良はなかった為、いつの間にかチェックが疎かになり、不良（ｺﾈｸﾀ隙間発生）を見逃してしまった。

Regarding CKD parts, we can see scratches on electrodeposition coating.
Have not you made them flow with fuzzy thinking like "Scratches like this extent will not be problem"?
Have not you judged the external appearance only from the view point of manufacture?
Without management with a limit sample and quantitative value, the external appearance will be considered as a defective.
An error occurred that brazing material flowed on fitting parts of a connector and we cannot connect parts.
We have checked whether it fits together or not, but usually we cannot see any defectives. So the check has gradually been loose, and we missed the defective (a crack of connector).
A brown color tape is out of stock.

In CKD parts, damage (scratches, etc.) has occurred on the electrodeposition coating.

Isn't the appearance judged from the position of only the manufacturer?

Please keep remember to examine any damages even if it looks "tiny" and do not judge the condition of the products subjectively.
As for the exterior, we would like you to subject to our criteria samples or quantitative standards. Otherwise they will be considered as defective products.
Brazing on a joint of a connector was dripping and the joint could not be connected to the other part of connectors:
The other part of the connectors used to be well examined, but there had been any problems for long time, so the quality inspection gradually got loose. Thus, the defects was passed over.
