最近リミットがかなり下がり困っています。
パフォーマンスを上げたいのですが
今の状態ではパフォーマンスを戻るまでに相当時間がかかります。
先日もご連絡させて頂き担当部署を紹介されました。
何度メールをしても一切返信がりませんでした。
どういう事ですか？
私の家族はご飯を食べていけなくなります。
ebay販売はもう諦めた方がいいのでしょうか？
私は実績も作りました。

Recently my limit has been lowered a lot and I'm having a trouble.
I'd like to improve my performance, but at this rate it will take a lot of time to regain performance.
I contacted you the other day and was introduced to a department in charge.
Although I sent emails many times, I got no reply.

I won't be able to feed my family.
