I tracked them with the web site of Japan Post, and I could find it showed "under the procedure of customs clearing" since the 13th of April.
Though I can ask an agent to investigate from overseas, it will be expected to take considerably long time. So could you kindly inform the nearest Post Office that "EMS from Japan is still under the custom, and have not arrived yet" and ask them to inform you when they will arrive you?
