商品がまだ未着とのことで大変申し訳ございません。
下記の日本郵便のサイトで追跡すると、4/13から「通関手続き中」になっております。
国外から調査依頼することも可能ですがかなりお時間がかかってしまいますので、お手数をおかけしますが、最寄りの郵便局から、「日本郵便のEMS便が、4/13から通関手続き中で到着しないこと」と、トラッキングナンバーを伝えていただき、いつ頃届くかをお問い合わせいただけませんでしょうか?
お手数をおかけして、大変申し訳ございません。

I am very sorry to hear that the package has not arrived yet.
The tracking system, noted below, at Japan Post Homepage shows that the package is at the customs since April 13.
It is possible to request tracking from outside the destination country but it will take a very long time to find out what is going on. Would it be too much trouble for you to give the tracking number to your local post office and tell them that an EMS package from Japan has been held at the customs since April 13, and ask when you can expect to receive the package?
We are very sorry for all the inconveniences.
