下記の日本郵便のサイトで追跡すると、4/13から「通関手続き中」になっております。
国外から調査依頼することも可能ですがかなりお時間がかかってしまいますので、お手数をおかけしますが、最寄りの郵便局から、「日本郵便のEMS便が、4/13から通関手続き中で到着しないこと」と、トラッキングナンバーを伝えていただき、いつ頃届くかをお問い合わせいただけませんでしょうか？

I am sorry to hear that you have not received products yet.
I tracked them with the web site of Japan Post, and I could find it showed "under the procedure of customs clearing" since the 13th of April.
Though I can ask an agent to investigate from overseas, it will be expected to take considerably long time. So could you kindly inform the nearest Post Office that "EMS from Japan is still under the custom, and have not arrived yet" and ask them to inform you when they will arrive you?
