下記の日本郵便のサイトで追跡すると、4/13から「通関手続き中」になっております。
国外から調査依頼することも可能ですがかなりお時間がかかってしまいますので、お手数をおかけしますが、最寄りの郵便局から、「日本郵便のEMS便が、4/13から通関手続き中で到着しないこと」と、トラッキングナンバーを伝えていただき、いつ頃届くかをお問い合わせいただけませんでしょうか？
