お客様から連絡があり、登録コードを入力したら無効のエラー表示が出ると連絡がありました。40個の登録コードをランダムに選んで、私も試しましたが確かにエラー表示が出て利用できませんでした。
(同じ行のコードとパスワードを利用)
コードとパスワードの列がずれているのかと思い、先頭のコードも試しましたがやはりダメでした。
今までこういったことはなかったので、原因が分かりません。
現在、お客様は納品先で作業されているそうです。
早急に対応策あるいは新しいコード等、返信いただければと思います。

an invalid error appeared.
I tried by selecting 40 registration codes at random, and the error appeared where I could not use it.

I wondered if the line of the code and password is not at the right place and tried the code at the top, but it did not work.

Customer informed that when registration code is entered, error appears saying it's invalid. I tried choosing 40 registration codes randomly but I did get error messages and could not use it.
(I used codes and passwords on same lines.)
I thought maybe code and password columns were misaligned so I tried code on top, but it didn't work.
It never happened before so I don't know what's causing it.
Currently the customer is working at the delivery destination.
Please urgently make arrangement or issue new codes etc, I'll be waiting for you reply.

Our customers let us know that invalid error message appeared after enter a registration cord. I also tried to enter it by choosing 40 cords at random, but certainly error happens and I cannot use.
(I tried the same line cord and password.)
I think the row of cord and password is out of alignment and I tried the initial cord, but I failed.
I have never seen such a problem, so I have no idea about its cause.
Now the customers are working in the office to which they will deliver the product.
Would you reply me immediately with some solution or new cord?
