マニュアルより自分のやり方の方が作業が早ければマニュアルは守らなくてもよい。
自分の作業ミスがバレると怒られるし、最悪クビになると思って黙って流した。
昼食や休憩の時間を守るためなら1サイクル作業はやらなくてよい。
合否判断を何回もリーダーに質問すると迷惑になるので自分で判断して流した。
5Sとは作業後に掃除することであり、当番の人だけがやればよい。
いつもと違う異常がわかったが後工程でも発見できると思い報告しなかった。
AS社員としての行動は会社内だけで一歩外に出れば関係ない。

If your own way of doing things results in faster work than by the manual, then it is ok to disregard the manual.
