TSが、SPとしてサービスを提供するために、共用機としてIAを購入致しました。TSのサービス先のユーザとして、A様が利用する事を提案活動当初よりTSより聞いていたため、私の方で提案活動をTSチームと共同で実施致しました。
A様がIAを使ったTS提供サービスを利用する事が確定しましたので、
EAMが本件のCreditを受けるため、例外クレジット申請致します。
なお、TSの本サービス担当営業の田中様から、A様がサービス利用する事実をEvidenceを頂きましたので本申請に添付致します。

TS purchased IA to use mutually for the purpose that it provides a service as SP.
As we heard from the TS when I started the activity suggested that A is going to use as the user to which the TS provides the service, I implemented the suggestion with the TS team.
As it was decided that A is going to use the service provided by the TS by using IA, I will file a credit as an exception in order that EAM has the credit about this matter.
As I received an evidence of the fact that A is going to use the service from Mr. or Ms. Tanaka in charge of this service in the TS, I will attach it at this filing.

TS, in order to provide services as SP, purchased the IA as a common oppurtunity. As a user of the TS's service, because Mr A has asked to TS a first activity proposal about its use, from my part I have carried out the proposal activity in collaboration with the TS team.
Since it was confirmed that Mr A used the TS's provided services IA,
