ただ、差し戻しされた金額については$20の赤のスリーブ一点と$15の黒のホルダー一点の計$35となっております。
また新たに落札された商品に関しては15%程手数料が引かれてしまうので一度キャンセル手続きをした上で$35分のインヴォイスを送らせて頂きたいのですが宜しいでしょうか？

Thanks for making payment that was once returned and your prompt reply.
However, returned total amount was $35 including $20 red sleeve and $15 black holder.
Also, regarding the new item you bought, 15% fee will be deducted so I'd like to cancel it once and send $35 invoice later, would that be okay? Sorry for taking your time, but I appreciate your kind arrangement.

However, concerning the returned fee, it lists 20 USD for 1 red sleeve and 15 USD for 1 holder, which totals 35 USD.
As the a 15% handling fee will be deducted in relation to the items of the new bid, could I ask you to please cancel the
demand and send me a [new] invoice for 35 USD?

訂正です。2番目の文は"1 holder"は "1 red holder"です。3番目の文はコンマの後に"could I ask you to please cancel the demand and send me"は"would you mind if I once cancel the demand and send you"（逆になってしまいました、申し訳ありません！）に置き換えていただければ幸いです。申し訳ありませんでした！
