Cを装着するネジが下にめり込んでしまっています。
ネジがとても短くなっている状態です。

良い修理方法はありますか？
修理が不可能な場合は、新しい商品と交換するこが可能ですよね？
早急に2台のBを送ってくれたら嬉しいです。

There were A missing Nylon Wasshers.
Please send 2 Nylon Wasshers at free of charge including extra in case it happens again in the future.
Please check the attached photos.
2 units of B which we sold to our customer 6 months ago had failures.
Screw to attach C is embedded below.
Screw is very shortened.
I attached images that shows the status.
Is there any way to repair this?
If you cannot fix them, you can exchange them to brand-new ones, right?
I'd appreciate if you could send 2 units of B immediately.
