私は国際郵便局へ月曜に調査を依頼し木曜に再度確認の連絡をした。
日本の郵便局は月曜日にRoyal Mailに連絡を取った。
私達は現在Royal Mailからの回答を待っている。
現時点で明らかな事は日本の追跡情報は間違いない事です。
3/19にパッケージを発送しロンドンへ22日に到着している。
パッケージが日本を離れた後は全てRoyal Mailの管轄となります。
残念な事に日本の追跡情報をRoyal Mailが確認する事が出来ないらしいです。

Japan Post Office contacted Royal Mail on Monday.
We are waiting for the reply from Royal Mail.
At this moment, the clear thing is that Japan Post Office's tracking information is accurate.
The package was shipped on 19th March and arrived in London on 22nd March.
After leaving Japan, the package came under the jurisdiction of Royal Mail.
Unfortunately, Royal Mail doesn't seem to be able to see the tracking information in Japan.

それはRoyal Mailの責任です。
本当に申し訳ありませんが私達日本側は現時点ではどうする事もできません。
Royal Mailの返事を待つしかありません。
私は保険付きでパッケージを発送しているので、
万が一紛失したとしてもあなたの支払った代金は全て保証されます。
もし数日待って回答がない場合私は代金を全額返金するつもりです。

I think that is why reply from Royal Mail is delayed.
If in fact the package was delivered but absent notice was not put in, that's Royal Mail's responsibility.
We are very sorry but at the moment there is nothing we can do at Japan side.
The only thing we can do is to wait for Royal Mail to reply.
I sent insured package, so if it's lost your payment will be insured.
If we do not get any reply after waiting for few days, I am going to make full refund.

Sorry for inconvenience , we, from Japan side, can do nothing about it.
We need to wait answer from Royal Mail.
I am shipping insured packages , so it will be lost, all money you paid for it will be covered by
insurance company.
In case if there is no any answer for 2-3 days, I want to refund you 100% sum.
