5S is the home point of manufacturing. Those who can not apply this will not survive!
By doing the seiri/sort... throw away unnecessary things so that we can get more space just in case in if the emergency occur will safe!
Protect our lives.
By doing seiton/set in order ... we will find the needed things faster without wasting time, will increase the productivity.
By doing seiso/clean... we can keep things in order so we will find soon if there is an abonormality.
By doing seiketsu/standardize...the working environment will be better, will be more focus on work and the mistakes will hardly occur.
By doing shitsuke/discipline... the 5S will naturally applied and all can be seen clearly.
