4.　当該家屋と土地について、被告Alejandria Pinedaと被告Adeodata C.Duque, Jr. 、Evangeline Mary Jane Duque夫妻の間で締結された1988年12月18日の「売買契約」（添付書類1）は、遡及的無効であると宣言する。
5.　申し立てられた買主である、被告 Adeodato Duque, Jr.とEvangeline Mary Jane Duqueは、係争中の家屋と土地について悪意の買主であり、当該家屋と土地に持ち込んだいかなる建物についても悪意の建築者であることを宣言する。
