資格のある技術者を紹介して頂く事は可能ですが？
日本の時計技師にお願いした所、特殊な時計で、電池交換が出来ない仕組みなっているので、メーカーに直接お願いするようにと言われました。
私は時計が動けばそれで満足ですが、誰にお願いしたら良いかわかりません。
御社に時計をお送りすれば、電池交換して頂けますか？

Is it possible to introduce a certified engineer?
I asked Japanese watch engineer but I was told to directly ask the manufacturer because it's a special watch and battery cannot be replaced.
I'm happy as long as the watch works, but I don't know to whom I should ask.
If I send my watch to your company, will you replace battery?

They said that I should ask a manufacturer since it is a special watch where battery cannot be exchanged.
I am satisfied only if the watch works, but I do not know to whom I should ask.
